Community Solutions Team
We have a Community Solutions Teams in Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater and Uinta Counties. These teams work to invest donor dollars to programs that align with our focus areas: education, health and basic needs. Members provide oversight and coordination of the investment process by making recommendations to support overall community impact. Members are committed to understanding the needs in our communities. Members review all grant applications, reports and serve as a liaison to one or more funded community partners. Diapers are needed in all communities, even if there is not an official diaper bank. Hosing a diaper drive is a great way to support your community and include others. We have a toolkit and will help in every way we can. Learn More
Helping Hands Day
Helping Hands Day is a yearly event. Starting in July, we will post improvement projects for our community partners as well as for senior citizens and people with disabilities. These projects can be completed at a time that is convenient for you and your team. Learn More
