We are excited to announce the call for volunteers for Helping Hands Day 2025, our annual community service event dedicated to giving back to local neighborhoods and organizations.
Last year, 45 dedicated volunteers contributed a remarkable 166 hours of service. This year, volunteers can choose from over 30 projects, ranging from home repairs and yard work for senior citizens to support projects for local nonprofits. Many senior citizens are not physically able to complete projects themselves and often cannot afford to hire help. Volunteer work for local nonprofits helps reduce their overhead costs, allowing them to focus on their mission.
Each volunteer team receives a t-shirt, and all project supplies are provided, thanks to our generous sponsors: Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, ExxonMobil, and PacifiCorp. The full list of projects and the registration page are available on our website.
Helping Hands Day is a great team-building opportunity for coworkers or a meaningful activity you can do with your family. Volunteers of all ages and skill levels are welcome, with projects suitable for individuals, families, and groups.
Sign up today and help make Helping Hands Day 2025 the most successful yet!
