Application for Assistance

*Currently all funds have been exhausted for Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater and Uinta Counties. If more donations are received then funds will be distributed.

The COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund is to provide relief to those that have been effected by the Coronavirus pandemic. To apply for assistance you must live in one of these counties: Sweetwater, Uinta, Lincoln, Sublette or Fremont. Only one application per household will be considered. You will need to upload a copy of: photo id, bill(s) and most recent pay stub. You may also need to submit additional documents based on household size.

If you are in need of mortgage assistance, you need to contact your lender BEFORE your payment is due and see what relief they can offer.
