Welcome to the Sublette County Community Partners page.  Each of the programs or agencies listed are currently being funded by the United Way of Southwest Wyoming.  In helping to create lasting changes in our community, the United Way collaborates with our funded community partners as well as other agencies, programs and businesses.

Sexual Assault and Family Violence Task Force (SAFV) of Sublette County

     The SAFV Task Force is a victim advocacy program that provides protection, assistance, and support to the victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking.  Any individual is eligible for SAVF services if that person or family is or has been a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking.

     Provides affordable health screenings, family planning and other health services to low-income women.  85% of Family Planning’s clients are at or below the poverty level.  United Way contributions help pay for a part time nursing position to take medical histories, draw blood and perform lab work.
