1. Create and form partnerships and collaborations to educate residents regarding |
| steps to gain financial stabiltiy by January 2010. |

| 2. Create options for partnerships and collaborations to provide psychiatric care |
| (including prescriptions) for all ages in southwest Wyoming by January 2010. |

3. Create options for health, optical and dental services for all who need services, |

but can't pay, and offered at times to meet availability by September 2010. |

| 4. Form partnerships and collaborations to ensure residents have adequate and |
| accessible access to a reliable transportation system by March 2010. |
